Natasha Prasad

Venture Partner

Natasha is a Venture Partner at SHAKTI, based in San Francisco. She is an entrepreneur and executive with nearly two decades of experience building tech companies across the U.S. and Australia. She previously held product leadership roles at Paperless Post and Atlassian, and co-founded FitSessions, a fitness tech startup acquired by ClassPass. Natasha went on to lead ClassPass’s expansion into Australasia as Country Manager and scaled high-growth digital health startups Cleo Labs and Sword Health as Chief Customer Officer and Chief Experience Officer. Earlier in her career, she was an investor with Goldman Sachs’s Private Equity Group in London and New York. She currently serves as the COO of TURN, a reuse platform helping businesses transition to sustainable practices with a unique hardware and software solution.

Natasha holds an MBA from Harvard Business School, an M.A. in Economics from Cambridge University as a Rajiv Gandhi Scholar, and a B.A. in Mathematics with Distinction from Delhi University.
